Orders are placed by sending the order form. We confirm by email and send payment details — nothing is charged before you have confirmed.
Production starts once payment is received.
Every item is printed to order in the EU. Production 2–5 business days, shipping 5–9 — 7–14 business days in total.
Delivered by Posti, DHL or GLS depending on destination. You get a tracking code by email when the parcel leaves.
We ship to the EU, the UK, Norway, Switzerland and North America. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any duties.
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the parcel arrives.
To withdraw, email info@tahto.supply with your order number. Return postage is paid by the customer. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Items must be unused and in saleable condition.
Faulty, wrong or damaged items are refunded or replaced at our cost. Send a photo to info@tahto.supply within 30 days.
Size exchange on apparel: you cover the return postage, we send the new size at no extra cost once the parcel arrives.
If we cannot agree, you may take the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
